INNOVATION LED | CORETEC
This first of a kind - a triple a (AAA) CE rated single layer jean is constructed using triple composite fabric technology matched with a high style design aesthetic for safer riding.
SINGLE LAYER
Single layer means just that, we have done away with Kevlar® and other linings by weaving our denim using a unique double warp beam and blending the world’s strongest fibre, UHMWPE, with cotton.
BURST RESISTANT
In the lab, the fabric is fastened over a steel cylinder, a balloon is then expanded to greater than 1200 kPa. Results are measured to 50% above the zone point or until break - whichever comes first.
IMPACT RESISTANT
We test fabric performance using a razor moving at 2.8m/s impacting a stretched piece of fabric. Results are measured in mm of penetration to ensure the fabric holds when it matters most.
ABRASION RESISTANT
In the lab, fabric is wrapped around a weighted sensor and dropped onto a 60-grit sand belt moving at 22m/h. Results are measured in tenths of a second, the longer it holds, the safer you are.
CE AAA RATED WITH ARMOUR
The highest CE motorcycle apparel certification available. Independently tested and certified to CE EN17092-2:2020 Class AAA. The gold standard in protective riding gear, with D30 armour included.

Independently tested and certified to CE EN17092-2:2020 Class AA meeting rigorous international motorcycle safety standards with D30 Ghost hip and knee armour included for full impact protection.

CE LEVEL 1
All SA1NT gloves CE Level 1 certification independently tested for impact protection and certified to EN1621-1:2012. Designed to absorb and disperse impact energy exactly when you need it.
D30 GHOST HIP ARMOUR CE LEVEL 1
D30 Ghost hip armour is CE certified to EN1621-1:2012 Level 1 Type A. Low profile, flexible in movement and firm on impact protection you won't notice until you need it.
D30 GHOST KNEE ARMOUR CE LEVEL 1
D30 Ghost knee armour is CE certified to EN1621-1:2012 Level 1 Type A. Sits flush against the knee, moves with you, and locks up on impact to absorb and disperse energy.
BACK ARMOUR POCKET
A discreetly integrated back armour pocket allows you to add CE certified spine protection for enhanced coverage. Compatible with standard CE Level 1 and Level 2 back protectors, sold separately.

SA1NT CE Level 2 shoulder armour exceeds the minimum protection standard. Certified to EN1621-1:2012 Level 2, it delivers superior impact absorption, engineered for riders who won't compromise.
SA1NT CE LEVEL 2 ELBOW ARMOUR
SA1NT CE Level 2 elbow armour is certified to EN1621-1:2012 Level 2. Slim profile, high coverage, maximum energy dispersion, built into SA1NT jackets for protection that performs above the standard.
WATER RESISTANT
Treated with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish, SA1NT fabrics repel light rain and moisture to keep you riding longer. Not waterproof, designed to handle the unexpected without slowing you down.
STRETCH FABRIC
Our UHMWPE denim incorporates a lycra core yarn for four-way stretch and natural movement. Protection that moves with your body no stiffness, no restriction, no compromising comfort for safety.
