Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is received, subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original purchase condition with all tags attached.
- Item(s) purchased as part of a set or with a free gift must be returned together as a complete set.
- Item(s) marked as final sale are only eligible for store credit or exchange, unless deemed faulty.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless Checkout+ free returns coverage was selected at checkout.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is received.
Returns requested outside of the 30-day period may be accepted at SA1NT’s discretion and, if approved, will be issued as store credit valid for 12 months from the date the return is received.
Any items returned that are damaged, worn, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
CHECKOUT+ FREE RETURNS COVERAGE
We offer an optional Checkout+ free returns coverage at checkout.
- Customers who opt in will receive free return shipping via our returns portal.
- Customers who do not opt in can still return items but must cover the cost of their own return shipping label.
PRICING & PROMOTIONS
We do not offer retroactive price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Returns made with the intention of repurchasing the same item at a lower price may be refused or incur a $10 restocking fee per item.
We encourage customers to consider promotional periods before purchasing, as price matching is not offered post-purchase.
HOW TO RETURN

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to SA1NT.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date the return is received.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges via our returns portal to make the process as seamless as possible.
To start an exchange, please use our returns portal by clicking “Start a Return”. All customers can access the portal, regardless of whether Checkout+ free returns coverage was selected.
How exchanges work:
- Select the item you’d like to exchange and choose your preferred replacement (size, colour, or style).
- Once your return is submitted, you’ll receive instructions to send your item(s) back.
Shipping costs:
- If you opted into Checkout+ free returns coverage, your return shipping label will be provided at no cost.
- If you did not opt in, you will be required to purchase your own return shipping label through the portal.
- SA1NT will cover the cost of shipping your exchanged item back out to you.
Important conditions:
- All exchange items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, marks (including makeup, dirt, or pet hair), or alterations will not be accepted.
- We recommend carefully checking all items before sending them back to avoid delays or rejection.

- If your requested exchange item is unavailable, you may be offered a store credit or alternative product.
RETURNS POLICY FAIR USE
We offer a flexible returns policy to improve your shopping experience. However, we do monitor return behaviour.
- Excessive returns may be flagged or restricted.
- Please avoid ordering multiple sizes or variations (more than 2 of the same/similar item) with the intention of returning the majority.
- We strongly recommend reviewing our size guides before purchasing to ensure the correct fit.
